It is best to reach out directly to the business you bought the unit from so they can help you troublshoot. You can also reach out directly to Field Controls Customer support for troubleshooting tips. The unit is still under warranty at 6 months so if it cannot be fixed, the company where you bought it or Field Controls will arrange the repair/replacement.
