Hello, That is a great question.
Any 26 lb carbon can fit into any unit with 26 currently without needing to change the HEPA/HEPA Barrier too. A better carbon would be the T-DLX carbon for the odor control because it is a bit stronger since it is impregnated with potassium iodide. The standard T-unit is standard activated carbon. It won't matter if you have the 600 series or the 700 series units because this is related to the motor used in the unit and does not change the physical size of the unit.
To view or purchase the T-DLX filter, you can visit here: https://www.usairpurifiers.com/airpura-C600DLX-T600DLX-3-in-carbon-filters.html.
As for the 2nd half of the question regarding the Military Cloth/HEGA cloth, yes, this can go in the T-DLX units and you would choose standard size normally to put the cloth after the carbon filter. It is the same regardless of the motor size so it is the same for the 600 as it is for the 700 series.
The military cloth can be found here: https://www.usairpurifiers.com/airpura-mil-cloth-HEGA.html
