Question about buying Airmedic Pro 6 MG Exec UV AllerAir AirMedic Pro 6 Exec UVC Air Purifier Series - Plus, HD, Ultra

I found an Amazon listing for this item, I want to buy it now from Amazon, but this item is showing on Amazon as not being able to be sold to buyers in California. Is this an error on Amazon, because I can contact Amazon customer support to have them fix this listing so that I can buy this Airmedic Pro 6.
If bought from your company directly on your website, can I have this item shipped to me in California?

Unfortunately, this is not available for sale in California because it is not yet CARB certified. Allerair is in the process of it, but it is not completed yet. We pulled ourselves from Amazon. However, if you like to call or email, I can recommend other units based on your needs that are CARB.
