Hello, Thank you for reaching out. This unit is good for smaller areas with organic issues. Although it may help some, it typically is not the first unit of choice for exhaust fumes. Normally a more powerful, larger unit like Allerair Pro 5 Vocarb or Airpura C600DLX (if you want the true HEPA with Airpura, then Airpura V600).
