Hello, I am sorry to hear about your situation and how this was handled. I am not sure what company you initially spoke to or what Enbridge is. However, I can tell you that we at USAirPurifiers.com treat our clients the way we want treated. We are a small family business. I can discuss options to help you. As for the HEPA never being available. That is incorrect. Amaircare has struggled with leadtimes during COVID and even now a bit; however, they definitely are supplying the filters for their units. As for the price, there are different configurations which would change the cost.
Since your initial experience was not with us, I cannot really speak to what happened in the past.
As for how to help you now, there are many portable units to help you with your breathing in a single area or room. We are actually still selling and supporting many of these Amaircare installed units throughout the country so I am sorry yours was removed.
