Hello, Ethylene Oxide is rated as a 4 on the adsorbancy chart which means it is adsorbed well with standard carbon. However, will it be sufficient is another question. This particular model uses a pleated filter in this package. I'd recommend the heavy VOC unit instead of the pleated filter. You want units that focus on carbon for it.
Depending on the concentration levels, how fast it is coming into the area, and the air flow will dictate if 1 unit is sufficient too. Air purifiers work best in the room they are in.
