Hello, It is designed to help balance the eco system of an area like a room or car. Spraying on a furnace filter would not help you because it would be working on the filter and most likely would be trapped and not get into the rooms. We do have a BA-1200 that is designed to be on the HVAC of a whole home but after the filter.
