Hello, Yes, Amaircare units can be installed with HRV, You can view an install picture here. There are pictures below where you will see the HVR typical connection. You mentioned no handler/furnace. Does the HRV have ducting that flows through the home? If not, you may want to do portables to ensure the air is purified in each of the rooms.
