Hello, sorry for the confusion. The description was referring to 1 ACH for 400 sq ft with an 8 ft ceiling for the standard model and the 2 ACH for 670 sq ft with an 8 ft ceiling refers to the Supreme model. The Supreme model is 170 cfm unlike the standard model that is only 100.
After more discussion with the manufacturer, we have modified the sq footage on the standard unit to be 150-300 sq ft as the recommended sq footage, instead of 400 so both ar 2 air changes an hour.
A clearer way to word it is
AllerAir AirMed 1 Exec Standard offers 2 sizes - The Standard offers 2 ACH for 150-300 sq ft and the Supreme offers 2 ACH for 640 sq ft.
