Hello, There are many factors that can contribute to not smelling a reduction in odor from an air purifier. What is or was causing the smell? Is it organic? Is it continuous? Has it had time to permeate the room when it was happening? How large is the space the unit is in? These are just some factors that can affect the results.
Airfree works for organic issues so if the odor is not from an organic source, this is not the prime unit for your need. If the source is a constant or coming in fast, you may need to have a larger purifier with carbon and a fan to more dramatically lower the odor.
Air purifiers have to be atleast as fast as the source to remove or reduce odors.
