Hello, that is exciting. Congratulations on you new home. Many clients will maintenance the Amaircare units on their own or have a local handy person (or HVAC company if they will maintenance products they may or may not carry) because they are pretty intuitive to maintenance.
We supply the filters but do not do local installs/maintenance. However, we'd be happy to have a rep walk you through or even Facetime with you for the maintenance. I recommend giving us a call to discuss which configuration of filters you may want because your needs may be different than the prior owners.
