Hello, although this would help reduce the chemicals, I'd recommend something with more carbon to do it faster. Without knowing the concentrations or speed the chemicals are coming into the area or the other contaminants, it is difficult to say exactly which unit would be best.
Although the area is small, the concentration may be high so it would be best to have a larger bed of carbon and move the air through the unit at a medium to low pace. Trying to still be faster than the incoming source.
However, common units for these chemicals would be Airpura C600DLX, Amaircare 3000 full carbon for heavy VOC, or Allerair Pro 5 Vocarb Ultra.
