Hello, Austin quotes up to 5 years; however, this is more focused on particulate (HEPA) filtration. Carbon often especially in high VOC, gases, chemical, odor settings to be anywhere from 1-2 years.
If you are going to exhaust carbon quickly, you may want to consider a unit where the carbon is separate from the HEPA such as but not limited to Airpura, Elctrocorp, and Allerair. Another alternative is units that neutralize chemicals such as MoleKule or Airpura P-series.
Also if the air changes an hour is undersized for your facility, most likely the carbon will exhaust more quickly than if you had more units to share the work.
