Hello, this company went bankrupt and the apt will no longer work anywhere in the world. We still have some inventory of the ray filters so the units can still function as purifiers, but the apt controls will no longer work.
Sorry for the inconvenience. If you just purchased, I'd recommend returning if the apt was important to you.
