Hello, The Amaircare 10000 will do 60,000 cubic feet based on 8 ft ceilings with 1 air change an hour. Are you looking for a ducted unit or hung? How many air changes an hour would you like in that space.? What is the ceiling height and layout? If you want an HVAC system, do you have 1 handler coving that entire area?
