Hello, the protection plan makes reimbursement faster if there is damage, lost, or stolen items. It is totally a personal preference. If a package is lost or damaged, we will work with the client, shipper, and supplier to find or replace the unit. If it is stolen, this is something the client would need to work with their local law enforcement for.
